At CEDEC International Schools, we
believe our people are our greatest strength. We are committed to creating a
safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for every child, and that starts
with recruiting exceptional staff who share our values.
As an equal-opportunity employer, we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds. We do not discriminate, and our recruitment process is fair, transparent, and rooted in our commitment to safeguarding children and young people.
If you apply to join us, you would go through the following steps:
- 1. Complete our official CEDEC application form in full (CVs alone are not accepted).
- 2. Your application will be reviewed independently by trained panel members.
- 3. If shortlisted, you will receive a personal declaration form, and an invitation to interview via email.
- 4. Depending on the role, this may include a written test, lesson plan, microteaching with student feedback, and a panel interview. The panel interview is compulsory for either teaching or non-teaching staff.
- 5. Bring original copies of all qualifications for viewing at the panel interview.
- 6. We would verify at least two professional references, including your most recent employer.
- 7. If successful, you will receive a written offer subject to all checks.
- 8. All new starters will complete their in-school safeguarding training before their first day and receive a full CEDEC orientation.
Full details on our recruitment process is detailed in our Safer Recruitment Policy.
Working With External Providers
We extend our safeguarding standards
