PHYSICAL EXERCISE IN OUR SCHOOL



As children turn into adults, there is often an unwillingness to participate in physical activities. This decline in their participation often occurs between the ages of twelve and eighteen. Therefore, at CEDEC International Schools, we encourage fun physical activities, as studies show that beginning an exercise regimen at a young age promotes the life-expectancy and overall health of an individual.

Our dance aerobics are always a blast with our students, as it is a fun way to stay fit. Aerobic exercise is a great way to feel better, gain health benefits and have fun. Aerobics also makes the body more efficient at delivering oxygen throughout the parts of the body, it helps the heart and lungs function better. Everyone can benefit from exercise regardless of your age, gender or role in life.
