NAVIGATING THE PARENT’S PAGE OF THE SCHOOL PORTAL

Step 1:  Locating the School Portal

It is located on the School website at www.cedecinternationalschools.org , simply click on the “School Portal” button at the top right corner as shown below:

Step 2: Enter your log in details

Pick up your log in details from the school reception desk, or simply send an email to info@cedecinternationalschools.org requesting your log in details. After receiving them, please enter them into the window, and click “login” as seen below:

Step 3: Reset Password

Next you will be prompted to reset your password, please do this by completing the form on the resulting page, and click “Update Password” as shown below:

Step 4: Hurrah! You are now successfully logged in, and you can now view your child(ren) or ward(s) pages.

The Parent's home page has some very cool features:

School Calendar

Once the school calendar has been uploaded, it can be seen in the home page, under the School Calendar tab as shown below:

Events Reminder

You can also be reminded of our upcoming events, and view past events too:

Messages

Do you know that we send blog updates, messages and parenting tips? Class teachers also send live class notifications for your children to you.

To read messages, notifications and updates sent to you by the school, simply click on the “Message” tab, and the resulting window is as shown below:

My wards

To get reports on your child or ward, simply click on the “My Ward(s)” tab, and the resulting window is as seen below:

Next you select the child’s name and the resulting window pops up:

Here you can view your child’s Academic Report, Attendance Report, and Subject materials.

Your child’s timetable is also visible on this page:

Event Calendar

The school’s events calendar can also be seen from the “Events Calendar” tab.
